Bio
Desiree Dorsey is 28 years old from Birmingham, Alabama. She was born deaf. At the age of two, Desiree learned sign language and learns how to speak. Desiree fell in love with Art, theatre, and film. She dabbles in many things such as painting to photography, and Graphic design to filmmaking. Desiree has Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Wallace State Community College, and Bachelor’s degree in Art and Sciences from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Desiree won overall best feature short film from UAB film contest. She also made a documentary film of the nature preserve of Turkey Creek located in Pinson, AL.
She was titled as Miss Deaf Alabama of 2005-2007 in beauty pageant. Desiree Is married and has three dogs.
